Buying:

How do I order a service ?
To order a service, simply go to the gig page your wanting to purchase and click on the green Buy Now button. If your seller provides gig extras, before clicking Buy Now, a menu will appear above the button with options for you to select which will be added to your purchase.
If you have any questions about the gig, you can contact the seller using the link provided on the gig page.

How do I receive an invoice for my order ?
You will automatically receive an invoice via email directly from Paypal/Payza/Skrill immediately after your purchase. You can also login to Paypal, Payza or Skrill / Moneybookers and manually request/print your invoice.

Do I pay the seller directly ?
Buyers pay for Appz Marketplace orders in advance. You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the Appz Marketplace order page. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to Appz Marketplace Customer Support immediately.

At Appz Marketplace you can buy and sell App related service`s free of charge on our Marketplace.

Is my Personal Information Safe ?
Yes. We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy here. The Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service.

How do I close my Account ?
We would be so sorry to see you go, but if you insist, then you can close your account by lodging a customer support ticket and requesting your account to be closed.

We do everything we can to provide you with the most secure platform possible. We encourage you to keep your transactions within Appz Marketplace payment system so that you can benefit from the security measures we have in place. Keeping your business inside Appz Marketplace guarantees that we’ll be able to help with any issue that you face.

2. Do not attempt to make any credit card fraud, or launder money, attempt to drive traffic to other sites or market unrelated products, abuse our referrals system, or make false claims against other members of the community.
3. Do not ask for any password or username from your buyer, unless it’s relevant for an order they’ve made.
4. Do not violate others’ privacy, copyrights or trademarks.

1. Do not make transactions outside of Appz Marketplace payments system.
2. Do not attempt any credit card fraud, launder money, attempt to drive traffic to other sites or market unrelated products, abuse our referrals system, or make false claims against other members of the community.
3. Do not ask for any password or username from your buyer, unless it’s relevant for an order they’ve made. In those cases, instruct them to change their passwords once the work has been delivered.
4. Do not violate others’ privacy, copyrights or trademarks.

Selling:

How can I make money with Appz Marketplace ?
It’s as simple as A,B,C!

1. Register your free account here.
2. List your first App related service giving as much information as possible, including service price and images related to your service by selling a gig here.
3. When someone orders your gig, you get paid! It’s that easy.

How do I get paid and withdraw funds ?
Your balance can be viewed in your ‘My Account, My Wallet’ section here.
Just click the ‘Withdraw Money’ button to have your selected amount sent directly to your Paypal account.

How many services can I create ?
There is no limit on the amount of services a seller has, however there are restrictions on the amount of gig extra’s and videos a seller has.

There are 3 seller levels:

Level 1 –
Extra’s allowed 2
Video’s allowed 1

Level 2 –
Extra’s allowed 3
Video’s allowed 2

Level 3 –
Extra’s allowed 4
Video’s allowed 3

Troubleshooting:

I forgot my Password:
If you forgot your password, please go back to Appz Marketplace and click Sign In > Forgot Password. Enter the email used to log into to your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

My Service is Not showing in Search Results:
There are a couple reasons why this may have happened:

1. You selected to Feature your service
Navigate to your My account page and you will see a list of your submitted gigs.
If you see the following message underneath your gig that says “Your job is not published yet. Please pay the featured fee to publish”, This means that you have selected to Feature your gig when you posted it. The reason that the gig is not yet showing in search results is that you must pay the Featured Gig Fee first. After the fee is paid your gig will automatically go live.
To pay the Featured Gig Fee; press the orange ‘feature job’ button and make payment.
If you do not want to Feature your gig any longer and have changed your mind; press the yellow ‘edit’ button. You can edit your gig from this page so de-select the ‘Feature Job’ option and then click the ‘save job’ button.

2. Your gig is in ‘pending’ status and requires approval from our review team first
In this case you will receive an email from us when your gig has either been approved or declined. This usually happens within 24 hours.

Problems logging on to Appz Marketplace:
If you are having problems logging in/registering through the Appz Marketplace website, please make sure to:

1. Clear your browser’s cache.
2. Update your browser application to the current version.
3. Reboot your PC/mobile/tablet/device.
4. Install any required updates.

After you try one or more of these solutions, try logging in or registering again.
